Baadstorp (55), Århus, Denmark Jun 5, 2008 nice fresh pilsner high bitterness and hop taste very dry. perfect on a hot summerday JoeZasada (133), Beaumont, Alberta, Canada Jun 5, 2008 a lightly hopped lager... not your typical quality belgian brew, but better than most north american macrobrews.... needs to be properly stored or can turn skunky.... jmcguire1969 (149), Lafayette, Colorado, USA Jun 3, 2008 Ths is a great lawn mower beer. This light, refreshing and hoppy pilsner is a great way to cap a day of yard work. rick10485 (53), oneonta, New York, USA Jun 1, 2008 A very pleasent beer to have if you want to indulge and drink more than one. While my pals are binging with busch light I would break out a stella. Nice ale, not filling, and even bolder on tap. A fine commercial beer to proudly hold. PGissiner (1), Orlando, Florida, USA does not count Jun 1, 2008 Tried this on a whim one night. Crystal clear golden color. Lasting bright white head, with a vaguely metallic scent. Pretty carbonated, but not oppressively so. Hoppy, and refreshing. The taste is hopelessly marred by heavy metallic notes. Overall a decent brew that I would take over Miller, Bud, etc... louchemobile (16), Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria, England May 29, 2008 Considering the "finest ingredients available" include maize I fell I’m being quite generous here. laguerita (111), Chicago, Illinois, USA May 29, 2008 great clear golden color- after that there’s not much to say. Lousy aroma- somewhat metallic taste, still better than a lot of pale lagers BMan1113VR (2752), Los Angeles (and Dallas), Texas, USA May 29, 2008 Had this many times before both on tap and in the bottle. I it better on tap, where it is quite refreshing and goes well with the crab and shrimp Louie salad I had. Crisp, lightly grassy. Clear golden body, small white head, some lacing on the tap version. Good amount of yeast in the taste, a rather dynamic and characterfilled Pale Lager. Probably my favorite of the style.
