330ml bottle. Pours a light gold with fluffy white head. Nose is yeasty bread, light hops and a bit of skunk. Palate is mild with malt, mild hop and a bit of grassy spice. Watery thin mouth feel. This beer is better on tap and better than the American light beers, but not that great. Not sure why it’s so popular – I guess because it’s a trendy beer from Belgium that’s widely available. Nothing special.

...well, this beer has much hype, but does not live up to it’s name. Been around forever, before even the fake jesus. Heavier than you would expect, but has a clean finish. Not much to set it apart from the rest, other than the consistent quality from the real imported version.

Pours a pale gold/straw with little head. Doesn’t have much in the way of aroma, but what’s there is nice. I like the flavor. Clean, crisp, and well balanced. Finish is nice as well. Predictable but solid pale lager.

12 ounce bottle- poured a light golden yellow with a stark white head. Aroma was faint hops. Taste ws extreamly mild, almost absent, with high carconation. An average, forgetable beer,

Pours a lovely golden color, with an acceptable one finger head. The aroma is sweet and hoppy. Not much more than heavy malt and honey flavors here to give way to a semiclean finish. Surprised to see not much lacing in the glass.

A friend of mine inro’d me to this beer a few weeks ago, and I was impressed to say the least. It has a nice flavor and a very smooth finish. I’ve had good chicken and good pizza with this beer, and it goes well with both,

Bottle green, 500 ml
Appearance:Pours bright golden, shiny, well filtered, clean body. Carbonation is soft, head is white with a shade of grey, medium, quickly decresing and mostly disappearing. Some traces of lacing.
Aroma:Alcoholic nose, chalky, oily, maildly, hoppy. Aroma is not complex, one dimentional but still good. Hops is well preserwed even after the expiry date and are without a note of skunkyness. A hint of licorice, cristalice honey, a bit malty but not yasty.
Flavour:Front is sweet, beer is easy going, smooth in texture, drinkable, honey sweetness, then hops with it’s bitternes are becoming present a on palate, than you can feel malty touch, though not strong. Well balanced flavour, mare sweetnes dominating at finish, finish duration is short.
Palate:Body is nice, texture is wattery to oily, carbonation on palate is soft, finish feel is grainy, sweet with some hoppy bitterness.

Good Grief... Why is this even sold? It looks good in the glass, and is cold nd wet, and well, it is sold as beer. but......... Actually it is better than the Key West Ale offered as an option.
