Golden colored, light, this beer goes down very smooth with very little aftertaste. Refreshing. Slightly grainy and sweet. I’d say this one is ideal for sitting out in the sun and not a bad session lager.

Dec. 2007 - Light pour with decent head and lacing. Faint funky grassy type aroma. Clean smooth malty taste with a decent amount of flavor from citrus and spices. Easy drinking...not bad at all.

Tap. Yellow with white head. Some malt, some bitter, perfect beer to beat your wife. Not really worth the time, and not a premium import, imho

Pours a pale yellow with white head. Smells of bitter malt, and is a bit skunky. The skunkiness goes away as the head falls, replaced by the bitterness. Tastes very bitter at the begining, then evening out. Decent balance. Medium body with mild carbonation. A decent beer.

Bottle, 330 ml. Golden colour, head is not too big but has a good retention and lace. Nose is grain and herbs, not too much mention here. Light body, taste is clean, again grain, herbs and some unexpected sweetness. Very refreshing. I’ve tried this one many times, on tap too. Maybe Interbrew is doing a more massmarket beer of it, but it’s still good, maybe without the whole character it use to had years ago, but enjoyable yet.

Pour golden yellow, large head that the beer is characterized by. Kind of skunky, but fairly bland. Better than American macro brews, but at $8 a six-pack, why wouldn’t you buy something better for the same price?

I don’t understand why they are pushing this beer on the US market... all the bottles I’ve tried over here are skunky. And I’ve had quite a few.

Great beer. I really enjoy the crispness of the beer. Golden yellow coloured. Medium sized head. Easy to find on tap. Probably one of the most marketed Euro beers. Classic beer glass with gold rim easy to find.
