Unremarkable beer. Doesn’t taste like anything. Not bad tasting at all but not memorable either. A day later, I can’t remember any flavors that stuck out.

(draught 0,5l) Hops aroma. Clear golden color. Large white head. Medium sweet, light sour. Oily texture. Bitter finish.

Bottle at The Tin Can in Nashville, and everywhere else, but that’s the last place I had it. Meant to rate this one earlier, but by the time I remembered it (today), I didn’t want to waste my 400th rating on it. Anyway, pours a clear pale yellow gold with a large, even white head. Aroma of grain, yeast, light hops, malt. Flavor follows suit. LIght bodied. Not much here, except that it’s a little better than most other Euro macros and their American counterparts, so I have it rated a bit higher than most other pale lagers. Woo-hoo.

Poured from tap into tall glass. Very pale yellow with thin head and slight lacing. Mostly sweet grain aroma, almost like corn (even though there is no corn). Some notes of apple and slight hops as well. Sweet and grainy malts in the forefront. Nice noble hops provide counterbalance and provide a spicy, somewhat bitter finish. Too bad the malts are so weak. Moderately high carbonation, light body, semi-dry finish. Easy drinking, which is complemented by the nice hops. However, those sweet grainy (almost corn-like) malts really are a detriment. Definitely sells more because of its status instead of its taste - the new Heineken. While a decent beer, it amazes me that people think drinking this beer proves they have discerning taste. Typical lager for snobs.

Bottle served with glass at Peppes, Stavanger. Pale yellow body. Thick white head. Typical lager-bitterness with an extra punch in the aftertaste.

Bottle. Clear straw with white head. Aroma is dry lager yeast and some grain. Flavor is similar to the aroma with a little more chalk and some breadiness. Light, well carboNated body. Overall a pretty standard European lager that I find to be a little bit more refreshing than some.

Great pale lager - rich taste, very similiar to some Czech lagers. A favorite one.
