She is what she is. A light, crisp, pale lager. Has a mild fruitiness to it with a dry back end. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

An acquired taste for many palates. The abrasive flavour can be off-putting to new takers. Most drinkers graduate to this tipple from nasty Carling. One of the few beers in my experience that tastes better from a can than from draught. Can’t beat the real stuff from Belgium though!

Pours a pale, clear gold with a rapidly diminishing small white head. Looks like a generic lager. Somewhat floral aroma with a little yeast and very little malt. Flavour is of a slightly sweet malt with a bit of bitter hops that have a slightly sharp flavour. Carbonation is a little overdone but reasonable and mouthfeel is only slightly more full than the typical pale lager, which still means it’s rather thin. Finish is sweet malt with some floral hop flavours following. Not a bad beer and easy enough to drink. Just way overhyped and overpriced. It seems pale lagers are just a mediocre style overall and this one doesn’t do anything to change that.

Not much special here. I got a case on sale for $10, and then I was able to use a coupon for an additional $1.50 off. This beer is always so expensive and I don’t really know why. Pours a nice golden color, easy on the palate, no aftertaste or any sort of flavour. Not as watered down as American Macro swill, but no real flavor. Not worth what they charge.

Not a good beer, clear with weak head. Not much aroma, pretty standard for a mass produced beer. Significantly smoother than other similarly priced and produced beers, but not good.

over-priced over-rated belgium import . . to buy one at a bar is fine, paying $30 for a case is ridiculous for this beer.

Pours typical lager color with minimal head - interestingly enough, when I held up to the light, couldn’t see much action regarding carbonation bubbles rising to top - but the beer wasn’t flat - solid all around brew, I was a bit surprised at the overall rating given by others - I thought this was on par with the ’crafts’ put out by the big boys (e.g. Blue Moon) while priced about the same...

UPDATED: JAN 15, 2008 Bottle. Thin, light. Pale lager or not, this is boring. I hope Belgium have better beers than this.

Pours brilliant gold, with average head, nice lacing. Smells of grass, and a bit of lemon. Almost sour. High carbonation, not much, if any euro-skunk detected. Floral start, but not bitter. Near the end, I picked up a slight bit of graininess. Actually very refreshing, I could myself drinking a couple of these with no problem. Not my favorite style, but, all in all, a nice macro-euro-lager.
