People call this wife-beater or some such unpleasant name. The common drink of tramps and low-lifes. Yet it has a classy advert on the TV. And the tag-line "Reasurringly Expensive". Itís a decent enough drink. Much cheaper in France where it seems to be regarded as the common and everyday beer that it is.

Not a bad brew. Nothing terribly special about the flavor due to its mild character although what flavor there is, is quite good. Clean and dry aftertaste. Great beer to drink while just kicking back and relaxing. Better than Beck's although somewhat similar.

Poured a head that looked like a glob of spit, which surprisingly lasted the whole beer. Had a buttery aroma, warm bitter flavor. Nice old beer. I would have it again, though not my favorite

a local resurant had this as a draft, and it really wasnít that bad. aroma.. wasnít special, the appearance was a perfect yellow amber beer color, the falvor is kind of hard to explain. Itís like a pale lager with a slight kick. A lot better than what most places have to offer (altleast ot the lower end of the scale). I would pick this beer over most any places that bad just basics.

nice golden color. Slight skunky aroma. Taste was a little grainy with malt and citric flavor. Finished with a bit of dry hoppy flavor. Over all was expectimg more with all the hype of had 600 years to get this beer right. Good beer but dose not live up to the hype.

not bad and maltier than other pale lagers Iíve had. Pretty light and not really anything special. However, itís unoffensive and since itís pretty common, Stellaís a nice alternative to typical sports-bar swill.

Bottle into Stella-branded stem glass. Poured a decent 1.5 finger head, which is about the only thing to commend this brew. The color is a toxic yellow. The mouthfeel is almost a burning sensation that left me wanting to brush my teeth between sips. Very bitter with a noxious aftertaste. Described as skunky in the past and I see no reason to go against that assessment. Basically, this beer mocks the hipster doofus who favors it with each sip. The idea that some people think themselves advanced because they drink a Belgian beer when drinking Stella is sad, very sad. In the end, this beer embodies everything that kept me from drinking beer for years.

Ooh, I liked this one. It was tasty.
I remember it as flavorful, with a good taste. The bottle it came in seemed very "upper class" if you will, and it was actually kind of a pain in the ass to get open... but very enjoyable none the less.
