Can. Very dark colour with a blue head (I must admit the light was a bit dodgy). Boring lager with slightly more body than usual.

Bottle at home following over a week with no beer, courtesy of Indo Chobham who gifted me this with my curry delivery last Saturday, 10/01/13. Pale golden blonde with a plethora of bubbles clinging to the edge of the glass and a thin white head. Nose is cereal, straw, light citric notes, metallic nip. Taste comprises hay, straw, cereals, corn. Medium bodied, light spritzy carbonation, dryish grassy closure. This was pretty pap, worse then I’d remembered, not having had it for maybe 7 or 8 years? M to the E to the H !!!

Test vom 19.2.2005, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 9,5,9,10,9,8 - 8,15

A: The beer pours a crystal clear straw color with a fizzy white head that is fairly short lived, but does cling to the glass a bit. S: Surprisingly not very skunky. A touch of skunk, yes, but it’s mostly clean grain notes. A bit of bread and a fair amount of sweetness with a light straw and grass character. There is an ever so slight...sourness to it, however. T: The taste is mostly just sweet and fizzy. A lot of adjunct sort of flavors and a lot of grain. Not too much real substantial malt flavor, but a little bit of pale, biscuit notes to it. Some faint hops and a mild bitterness. M: Light in body with a rather high carbonation. O: Though it’s easy to hate on this beer, when it’s not completely skunked, it’s not an awful one.

UPDATED: JUL 23, 2006 Golden colour with typical Eurolager aromas of continental hops and bready pale malts. Well-made if a little indistinctive.

Grassy hop aroma with underlying sweet light malt. Brassy gold color with a foamy white head. A bit thin bodied. Sharp carbonation bite. Starts with light maltiness, reasonably balanced by grassy hop. FInishes slightly corny and vegy. The finish is bitter, but a pilsener would be better. Though it beats .... out of Bud and friends.

Draft in Daytona. Clear straw color with small white head that diminished slowly. Light sweet aroma. Medium body. Small grainy flavor with a short finish. Poor brew.
