COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

English: This beer is created using only local ingredients from Funen, grown organically. Barley from a local farmer, and hops that used to grow wild near the brewery. It has been more than 100 years since hops were grown commercially for beer on Funen.

Forbavsende svag bitterhed.

Bottle, 50 cl. Light hazy golden with a small white head. Grassy, hayish aroma with sweet hints of somthing reminding me of honey. Very German. Light bitter, light metallic finish. Could do with a more pronounced hop-aroma.

(on tap at Christian Firtal) Pours clear golden with medium, white head. Decent lacing. Aroma is mostly sweet and malty with a slightly herbal hoppy note and some hints of bubblegum. Medium bodied, softly carbonated with oily texture and a with a lingering, slightly bitter finish. Somewhat sweet and fruity on the front, which gives way to a light, lingering bitterness. Well made refreshing craft beer for something made with all local ingredients.
