Aroma is mostly sweet and malty with a slightly herbal hoppy note and some hints of bubblegum. Medium bodied, softly carbonated with oily texture and a with a lingering, slightly bitter finish. Somewhat sweet and fruity on the front, which gives way to a light, lingering bitterness. Well made refreshing craft beer for something made with all local ingredients.

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Dark yellow colour. Light malty and moderate hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Nice but a little rustic. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate. Interesting experiment.

På DØE festivalen: interessant øl med bare fynske humler, men "ren og frisk" var ikke mitt førsteinntrykk. Lite maltsmak til å være trrstegsmesket. Må nok prøves på nytt en annen gang.

Draft @ Copenhagen Beerfestival 2010. Pours a clear golden amber color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty weak grassy hoppy aroma. Fruity malty grainy grassy flavor with hints of caramel. Has a fruity malty grainy grassy finish.
