Draft. A hazy red-brown beer with a thin tan head. The aroma is sweet with primary notes of brown sugar, but also light notes of cinnamon. The flavor is sweet with notes of brown sugar and straw, leading to a dry and slightly bitter finish.

CBF07 sample from tap. Pours brown with a light brown head. Aroma is hops, floral nose and much malt sweetness. Flavour is floral hoppy with a roastedmalt profile beneath. Finish is dry malty.

Strange fruity aroma with notes of hops and spices.

Draught at Københavnske Øldage 2007. Clear brown - offwhite head. Sweet malty, fruity, caramel, light hoppy, very light flowery, light chokolate, roasted. Boring thin body and finish.
