Pours pale yellow-golden with a medium, frothy, white head. Sweet, fruity aroma, light caramel and yeast. Quite a lot of orange peel as well. Okay carbonation, and a fine mouthfeel, though it feels a bit light. Flavour is sweet, yet still rather dry. The sweetness is rather sugary and there is a lot of oranges. Not bad, though it is very one-sided. stouby (1521), Holbaek, Denmark Jul 30, 2008 Bottle at home.
Hazy orange with a beige head. Aroma moderate/heavy malty (fruity) and hoppy. Flavor moderate/heavy sweet and bitter. Medium body, sirupy. Rather malty with fruity yeast notes Pinball (587), Allerød, Denmark May 18, 2008 bath 31. nice aroma. sort of belgian.
hazy golden with small very light bot not white head, nice flavor, sweet can’t taste alc, well balanced, palate between 3 and 4. Overall a good/great beer, and would match up with a good portion of the belgians. Looking at overall rates i think the later batches migh have improved compared to the earlier ones. Good excuse for older raters to re-rate ;-)
