Bottle. Lovely deep ruby, low carbonation. The maple syrup is very evident in the aroma. Maple sweet, though there is dryness here, too. Would be lovely with mature cheese or cured ham. A bit too much on the sweet side to be my favourite, but a fine beer nevertheless. Both maple and dry hops in the long finish.

Bottle in Denmark. Caramel malts sugars, roasted oak, not much maple, maybe just a tinge at the end. Maple-y colored, with a big frothy head and loads of lacing. Very smooth.

Bottled. Amber coloured. Unclear. Dense beige head. Fruits, sweetness, herbs and spice in both aroma and flavour. Flavour has caramelly and citric notes as well. Medium bodied. Has a light dry bitterness in the end. Quite nice.

Copper with no head. Aroma of sweet flower honey/syrup. Flavor is caramel though not over-sweet.

Bottle. High creamy and lasting off-white head leaving nice curtains on the glass. Beautiful clear dark brown body. Powerful caramel maple syrup aroma with roasted malt and a bit of hops in the background. Very sweet caramel malt maple syrup flavor without hops bitterness, low carbonation and a long sweet aftertaste.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden amber with a fully gone head. Mild spiced and roasted malty aroma. Nice caramel malty flavoured with a mild spice note and sweetness. Smooth caramelish and mild roasted finish. Light nutty. Nice one.

Botella. Hazy nice brown colour with a big off-white head leaving a fair lacing. Aroma of toasted malt, caramel, mild fruits and nuts. Good mouthfeel. Flavour has a mild sweetness with caramel, toasted malt, nuts, pleasant mild hoppy bitterness, little fruit and some syrup. Nice.

50cl bottle. Thanks bro. Pours deep amber reddish with a small creamy white head and lacings. Nose is rich og malts. Lots of malts - Caramel, toffee, slight roast, syrup. Smooth palate. A bit of hops in the end. Well made and tasty.

nutty sweet, fruity aroma, sweet malty, caramelly. syrup.
flavor is bitter from hops, sweet, honey, nuts, dark fruits, faint spices, licorice, caramel. many flavors, and lots of flavor, ends sweet and bitter. very flavorfull beer for its alc. percentage. resembles a little bit a belgian dark beer, but milder and the syrup flavor is strong.

At EBF 2008.Dark brown colour with medium head with last.Aroma of tosted malt and sweet caramel light note of syrup and nuts.Nice well done beer with medium body and fine taste.
