Vi har arbejdet på højtryk for at kunne servere denne danmarksnyhed, øllen som er en lys nærmest ”tør” øl . Det er en perfekt ledsager til Sushi, men også dejlig at tage med ud i sommeren.

Draught. Light golden coloured. Unclear. Dense off white head. Grassy and sweet aroma. Flavour is grainy and has some metal and straw notes. Is quite watery and light dry. Has light bitter end with some vague sweetness. A bit boring.

Grovlam (4152) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - MAY 15, 2007
Draught @ Copenhagen Øl Festival 2007 Small fizzy white head that mostly diminished. Fair lacing. Light cloudy golden colour. Hay, straw, rise, grass, grain and some cardboard. Light bodied with a dry texture and a lively carbonation. Sweet flavour with hint of grassy bitterness. Dry and sweet finish.

Draught at Copenhagen Beerfestival. Creamy white excellent mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Strange malty (rice) aroma. Light bitter flavor. Average finish. Very dry creamy palate. Strange beer that I dont like.

UPDATED: MAY 23, 2007 Draught at Københavnske Øldage. Cloudy pale yellow. Extremely dry. Slim and lightly grassy. The hops dry it out even further. Some late bitterness. Should be pretty good to sushi I assume, on it’s own the dryness is nearly assaulting.
