1.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 1/20
Aroma is striking- almost like whiskey or cognac. A bit of apple. Color is brown, no real head. Huge globules in mine, I have no idea what the f*ck they are! Took a mouthful, spit it out. No flavor really other than buttery alcohol. Kind of broccolli? Afraid to swallow at that point. I wouldn’t even rate it, but if your beer is going to turn in to chunky brocolli whiskey, put a drink by date on it.

2.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
A little bit sweeter beer than I normally like. Good Belgian style though. I did not taste the soy that some people do. Not at all. Seems to be overly carbonated. I am not a big fan of this one, but would drink it again given a choice over a lot of other beers.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Dark garnet brown color with a medium to thin off-white head. Aroma is light toffee, a touch warming, notes of dark stone fruits. Mouth is very effervescent - like a creamy champagne. Flavors of raisins, figs, with hints of chocolate apparent, but vanish quick fast leaving a lightly sweet almost cherry-like flavor.

Bottle. Copper coler with no head. Slight fruity yeasty aroma. Flat with just a bit of malty flavor. Not sweet. Thin watery texture. Forgettable brew.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
11.2 oz. brown bottle. No head to speak of, whatsoever. Slight carbonation after the initial pour, then nothing. Pretty clear amber color. The nose is sweet, like caramel mixed with chocolate up front, followed by a yeasty after smell . Taste has similar sweetness, more caramel than anything else. Finishes on the bitter side, malty. Light body, that has a clean finish.
There is something disjointed with the sweetness, bitterness, and maltiness.

1.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 5/20
Bottle. Pours murky brown with large protein particles. Medium head is beige and mostly diminishing with some lacing. Nose is cereal, yeasty bread, and musty. Tastes old; very sweet with some sour at the end. Very one-dimensional. Did not make a good impression on me.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
Medium brown with a little white head, lots of sediment in the bottle. It smells like red licorice, with a little bit of melon. The taste is first licorice, then fruity. The finish is sweet, and then disappears. “It’s enjoyable,” – Brad. Pretty tasty, has a good mouth feel.
