Pours a pale, hazy golden-wheat color with a medium pure white head. There was a kind of sizzle sound when it poured... like from a soda. Flavor is light and of wheat, lemon, a little bitter, and some alcohol. 1 pt. 9.4 oz bottle.

Pours amber into a Tumbler. Off-white micro head with medium retention recedes to skim surface. Mild malt aromas. Sour and thin chocolate upfront with a sharp, tingly finish.

Bottle. Moderate malty, medium sour (yeasty). Large brown creamy head, dark rubin-red colour. Startet sweet, gets even sweeter in the middle and endet rather bitter, medium duration. Medium body, dry and oily texture, lively carbonation. A really nice beer!

Aroma: sweet malt, some plum & film processing liquid notes. Appearance: dark tea red, clear, large stable off white head with sudsy lacing. Flavour: sweet malty, some caramel notes and a little carbon. Palate: thin and finishes malty.

Aroma is heavy malt (cookie, caramel), average hops (herbs, grass), average yeast (leaves) with notes of apple, cherry and brown sugar. Medium bodied, gritty texture, lively carbonation and a slight bitter finish. Short duration, light sweetness, moderate acidity and bitterness.
