(bottle - 330 ml) Clear pale yellow with a thin but fizzy white head. Mild spice and coriander in the nose with some wheat hints. Not much wheat though. Sweet and spicy at the start. Lots of orange and coriander flavors coming through immediately. Fades away to a dry and grainy middle with a very dry and flavorless finish.

Tasted from a 330ml bottle given to me by my boy Brent. Thanks Brent. Pours a cloudy straw color, very little color, with a huge and creamy white head that eventually settles into a very smooth blanket of lace. The nose is traditional Witbier spices with earthy hay malt and a lot of lemon, both fresh juice and zest. The flavor is hay malt, without the earthiness, and a whole bunch of lemon, with fruit, juice, and zest on the palate. The body is light, but has that signature Witbier stickiness, with lots of carbonation, and a medium lemon finish.

Appearance: bright cloudy golden orange with a huge fluffy white head that leaves great lacing. Aroma: BRIGHT sharp citrus (orange) and sweet wheat grain, with mild spice underneath. Taste: BRIGHT sharp citrus (orange) and sweet wheat grain, with mild spice underneath. Finish: short, clean and crisp; smooth and silky yet refreshing. Notes: Superlative white. Exceptionally balanced and flavorful and beautiful to look at. Incredibly refreshing. Right up there with Allagash White for my favorite in the style, although this one is a little less complex. Can’t understand why this is rated so low!

Pours pale gold with thick creamy white head and foamy lacing. Notes of wheat and citrus. Well balanced taste that is refreshing and sessionable.

Below average Witbier. A tad bitter for this style, but still pretty smooth. Flavor is driven by a muddled array of citrus notes. Not quite a stand out, but not bad either... K-2.7/5 S-2.5/5

UPDATED: SEP 16, 2010 Very pale yellow pour, slightly hazy. White head. Strong citrus in the aroma. Taste is citrus and wheaty with some spice, though a little bland. Heavily carbonated. Not that good

Clear and amber / yellow tih a pure white foamy head. Aroma is fruity - reminding me of cantelopes and peaches - very pleasant summer smell. The citrus hits you right away in the taste - perhaps just a bit much for someone with a lack of taste like me. But behind that, a bit of pleasant sourness that leaves me wanting more sour! It’s at the end of the taste and the beginning of the finish that this one shines. I’m left wondering why this one isn’t rated more highly, except that the flavor isn’t "thick" enough.
