Murky, straw-colored ale. Medium-sized, creamy, white head. Mostly lasting with a thick web of dripping lacework.
The aroma is very spicy with notes of baked pears w/ cinnamon, banana and coriander.
The flavor is of white fruit with plenty of coriander, underripe banana and zest of orange. Well-balanced.
Light-bodied with a watery mouthfeel and fizzy carbonation. Not at all my thing, but a fairly good wit nonetheless!
3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20 bhensonb (7143) - Woodland, California, USA - JUN 21, 2007
Slightly sour, yet rich, yeast aroma. Hazy lemon color with a decent white head that tries to lace. Better than thin bodied, seems to have banana, with a bit of lemon for flavor. The carbonation is mild and spritzy. Tends to turn creamy as the spritz goes away. There is some clove like spice. The finish is a bit veg, with lemon citrus. Overall it makes me think of a light, spritzy, hefeweizen style. Very tasty.
2.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20 hopdog (6943) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 17, 2004
Poured a medium hazy yellow with a huge, huge head. Some small floaties. Aromas of citris, lemons, yeast, bananas and light spices. Great smelling, too bad the taste was a complete let down. Tasted like water with very subtle citris. How can a beer that smells good taste sooo bad!

Bottle from Jungle Jim’s. Poured hazy yellow with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with fair lacing. Moderate yeasty sour citrus aroma. Light to medium body with soft carbonation. Medium citrus sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of short duration. My expectations where met.
