COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

On tap at Berliner Bierfestival. Hazy, golden-orange body, with a white head. The nose is quite malty and a bit grainy, and there’s some sour notes as well. That doesn’t sound like an appetizing combination, but it was. The flavor follows the same path, with a wee sourness, sweetness from the malt, a bit grainy, and it also has a fruityness and citrusy note that I liked. Medium to full body. It finished sweet and sour with an obvious yeastiness. A nice and rustic brew. (070803)
