3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Pours a clear, pale gold with a thin white head. Aroma of sweet apple and cinnamon and sugar over rice pudding and a little earthiness. Flavor is a little more tart (not enought to clash with other flavors) and less cinnamon forward, but still reminds me distinctly of rice pudding with cinamon and sugar, some earthy planty, and cinnamon notes and vanilla to the finish. Light and somewhat syrupy entry leading to a slightly dry finish with a light, blanketing carbonation and quite dry, borderline astringent finish.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
12 oz. Clear, typical cider color with a lasting ring and spit of bubbles. Aroma is apple pie with too much cinnamon, but still nice. Flavor is the same, with the cinnamon smacking your face upfront. Cinnamon starts to fade a bit at the finish, showing a bit more apple. But after 2-3 oz, the cinnamon just builds up on the tongue and overpowers any remnants of apple flavor. Light body is right on for a cider, balanced and lightly tingly. This is plenty revved up with cinnamon as described, so an extra overall point for seemingly dead-on execution .
