Draught at EB Julebrygs Smagning. Clear dark brown - offwhite head. Sweetness, ryebread, syrup notes, roasted, ok bitterness, light chocolate, berries, rubber notes.

Dark brown with a small off-white head. Fruity aroma with licorice and spice. Sweetish flavour with dried fruit and spice, endning in a roasty, slightly ashy finish. Full body and perfumed spice making the beer a tiny bit cloying

Vintage 06@CBF11. Pours dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma is roasted caramel, vineous, raisin, plum and alcohol. Flavour is roasted caramel, vineous, fruit, raisin, plum and light chocolate. This bottle has surveived the years.

Sampled at Copenhagen Beer Festival 2011. Pours a clear and dark brown beer with no head. The aroma is malt, roasted, bread, caramel and toffee. The flavor is following the nose with additional notes of dust and vinious. The palate is sweetness. Overall a good beer.

On tap. Muddy brown body with no head. Butter, fruit, raisin and sweet caramel in the aroma. The flavour is fruit, chocolate, yeast and sweet malt. A mess.

Draught at Københavnske Øldage 2011, 2006 vintage. Muddy chocolate brown. Distincy oxidized cardboard aroma. Sweet and caramelly, medium bodied. Totally dead, dusty and oxidized. Why does a brewer serve a beer that is destroyed?

tap at cpf as vinter 2006. murky brown, no head. oxidized aroma, caramelly, malty, mild, old. flavor is caramelly, malty, old hops, faint licorice.

Bottled. Deep brown colour, small off-white head. Aroma is caramel, toffee, some roasted notes as well as mild ashyness. Flavour is roasted malts, caramel, toffee, mild coffee, some alcohol and also mild wooden notes. One of the strangest Bocks I’ve had.

Too acidic. Black. Has an off-white head, mostly diminishing. Aroma of light smoke, malty, acid, burnt notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and acidic. Light bitter finish, Creamy texture.

Bottle. Creamy lightbrown good mostly lasting head. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Roaste and sour notes. Average modearte bitter finish. Oily palate.
