Orange brown, nice tan pocked milkshake head. Vague nutty/bready aroma, flavor is satisfying blend of bread and toffee. Quite homey. Very smooth, if a bit thin.

I had this in Edinburgh, with a pub meal. It?s a light amber ale, bit malty taste, medium light body, easily drinkable.

Cask at PoW. It pours deep ruby with a small beige head. The nose is jammy, dark fruit, berry and candy. The taste is bitter-sweet, dark fruit, berry, wood, earth, wood and boiled sweets with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Well rounded and rather drinkable. Decent.
