COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottled; Occasional.
Another addition to our Premium range of bottles, Stewart’s Hefeweizen is a beautiful Bavarian style wheat beer.
Fermented with a classic wheat beer yeast and flavoured with a little fresh blueberries, this is a cloudy, complex and beautiful beer with aromas of cloves, banana, and subtle spices. A blend of Maris Otter, Wheat, Oats and Caramalt combine to create a creamy texture and a golden hue.
Hops: Tettnang, Crystal
Malt: Maris Otter, Wheat, Oats

Bottle for Christmas. Cloudy dark orange with a small head. Strong fruity aroma. The taste is rather watery though, slight bitter grapefruit giving way to a lingering smoke finish. Not bad.

TheCametron (1780) - CZECH REPUBLIC - MAY 4, 2012
Bottle. Cloudy golden with a foamy white head. Banana and clove hefe notes but just a liitle awry. I haven’t had a German Hefe from outside Germany that truly emulates the indigenous ones. This was nice in a slightly different way.

Aroma is classic Hefeweizen with banana and a mild hint of cloves. The taste is more unusual, with a peppery and almost smoky tang over and above the sweetness of the malt. Easy drinking and enjoyable.
