COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottled; Occasional.
Stewart’s Pilsen was made to celebrate our 1000th brew and is definitely a beer fit to represent a company milestone.
Brewed using only lager malt, lager yeast and Saaz hops this is a true interpretation of the style originally brewed in Pilsen, Bohemia in the 1840s. The Saaz hops are carefully added in three stages, first for bitterness, second for flavour and finally for aroma.
Our Pilsen has been cold conditioned for 76 days before being bottled.
Stewart’s Pilsen is light, hoppy and crisp. Hops: Saaz
Malt: Lager, Caramalt

Bottle from Tomlinson’s, Inverness. It pours clear golden with a small white head. The nose is doughy, metallic, hay and toasted grass. The taste is crisp, bitter, lemony, grapefruit rind, grass and straw with a dry, bitter finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Nice pils by all accords.
