3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle. Big floral and citrus aroma. Flavour is a balance between citrus, pine hop and a very good malt profile. A very interesting beer from a usually boring (but solid) brewery.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle at home from alesela
Pours hazy amber with fluffy beige head. Resin and grapefruit on the nose, pithy bitterness with enough malt to balance it out, slight flintiness, medium carbonation but full bodied.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
500ml bottle courtesy of mr_h. Hazy amber brown colour, not much head. Slightly sour resin tropical fruit & hop aroma. Oaty orange marmalade hop flavour. Not really a true IPA, more a golden ale hybrid. Slightly disappointed with this one. Perhaps it has been in my garage too long although it was well within its best before date.

4.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
500ml bottle from The Beerhive.
Nice frothy white head dissipates quickly. Really appealing amber body. Nose of citrus and apple. Light carbonation. Initial sweet malty flavour, quickly followed by bitter hops and pine aftertaste. Loads going on here, a really good IPA.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pale orange in colour. Decent aroma of hops. Very thin head. Not as overpoweringly astringent as some highly-hopped ales.

Solid beer! Nice citrusy and hoppy aroma, quite a smooth and clean drinking experience upfront with a nice dry hop finish. This brewery seems to do well with combining nice Scottish styles with beers from around the world; there is a nice American IPA theme kicking off in this beer with the best characteristics of a bold and smooth Scottish beer! Great job by Stewarts on this one!

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Big thanks to Leighton for bringing this bottle along and cracking it at Craft! Earthy looking pour, both bright and sedimental, with a healthy glow and silky carbonation. Fragrant and malty, with tea notes in the nose before the citrus. Flavors blend these elements with slightly more citrus, giving the impression of a hoppy saison as much as an IPA. Enjoyed it.
