Draught at the BrewPub: Aroma of malt, roasting, chocolate, lactose, and a hint of sourness. Poured dark brown/very deep amber in color with a small, creamy, dense, tan had that diminished but lasted throughout along the edges. Hazy. Not sparkling. Flavor is lightly sweet, lightly sour, and a tad sour. Tastes of chocolate, malt, roasting, lactose, and some sourness. Medium body. Thin texture. Average carbonation. Lightly sweet, lightly bitter, malt, roast, chocolate, lactose finish.

Draft at Stewarts... Light black in color, small head. Aroma of some chalk and ash. Taste is bland... dry and ashy, chocolate but not sweet. No roastiness as goodgrief says. Light body. Overall.... blahhh

On tap at Stewarts. Dark pour into a tulip with nice head and lacing. Caramel and sourness in the nose. Lots of chocolate with some lactic notes, buy no roastedness. A bit sour. Thin and slightly watery, did not improve as it warmed. Left me longing for a better stout.
