COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our IPA utilizes a high hopping rate to produce a floral aroma and high bitterness. This pale colored ale is malty yet crisp, due to the high mineral content of the water used. This beer is served unfiltered, which leaves the flavor intact.

Not offensive but just lacking in flavor for an ipa! Has a decent amber pour w/ a white head & good lacing. Taste is light & drinkable but pretty bland. Nothing really wrong other then the lack of depth.

Light orange with a thin white head. Aroma of fruity hops. Flavor is too sweet in my opinion.

On tap at Stewart’s with mike. Much milder in overall profile. A bit maltier but quieter than the Patrice.

Aroma is mild (might not be fresh) with slight lemon zest, grass and white wine. Pours gold with slight film. Taste is bitter with not much of a profile. Earthy and lemongrass. Harsh.

Tap. Pours clear copper with a small, fizzy white head, short retention with light lacing. Aroma is citrus, herbal, earthy and minty hops, sweaty yeast, cereal malt and fruity esters. Flavor is malt backbone with medium hops, moderate bitterness, fruity esters and a dry finish. Medium body, warmth, and carbonation.

Draft @ brewpub. Poured amber/copper with thin white head. Aroma is woody hops with pine notes. Tastes hoppy to match the nose with slightly bitter, grapefruit lingering flavor. A decent, average IPA.

Draught at the BrewPub: Aroma of floral hops, and a hint of caramel. Poured amber in color with a small, white head that lasted around the edges only. Clear. Slightly sparkling. Flavor is medium bitter, and lightly sweet. Tastes of hops, malt, light rye, slight caramel, hint of diacetyl. Medium body. Slightly tingly, then lightly dry texture. Average carbonation. Caramel malt and hop finish is lightly dry.

The beer poured more on the amber side, with very little head. There was a nice hop aroma, but it was a little weak. Also the hop flavors were weak and subdued with more of a malt bias. Not a bad beer at all, but a little off style, not quite hoppy enough.

Pours a hazy copper color with a small head and lots of lace. Aroma is grassy and woody hops but alltogether it’s pretty faint. The flavor is earthy hops with a good bright malt character.
