sloth (1487), Ceciltucky, Co., Maryland, USA May 26, 2008 Draft @ the pub. Clear, dark gold hue. Small white head with fair retention and lace. Nose was bready and somewhat fruity, lightly grassy and spicey. Body is medium with a graininess on the palate. Lightly sweet malts balanced out by some grassy hops along with notes of grain, light bread and wort. Decently balanced finish between the malts and hops, nice bite. Not bad. GMCC2181 (303), Bear, Delaware, USA May 13, 2008 Draft at Stewarts....Good brew... Light amber in color followed by an ok head. Taste was refreshing... To me it tasted like spicy raisons. Light hops and good malty backbone. All well balanced. Nice medium texture. Overall a good brew by Stewarts! Goodgrief (993), Middletown, Delaware, USA Jan 30, 2008 May 2006 - Another enjoyable brew from Stewarts. Poured clean pale color, little head and lacing. The flavor in this was really well balanced. All the sweetness of a nice fruity bock, but lighter and with a hop balance that made this a beer I could drink all night long. egajdzis (2879), Terrapin, Pennsylvania, USA May 5, 2007 Poured a dark golden color with a small, white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of floral hops, wood, toasted dough, and caramel malts. Taste of nuts, caramel malts, toffee, citrus, bread, and a dry finish. A bit of alcohol, and raisins in the finish. bfeldmann (966), Wilmington, Delaware, USA May 4, 2007 Poured a light golden color almost not head or lacing to speak of. Aroma was of grass and light fruits. Flavor was of white grapes and pears grassy hops. Very carbonated. Okay beer.
