2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
A Mes rate: cask at the Harlequin.
What a great name for a brewery. Sadly the beer wasn’t up to much. Orange gold with a thin white film. Big green apples all round with a dusky, peaty character. Plastic and slightly fatty in the finish. Not good.

Pours lightly hazy orange with a small, film head. Aroma has lots of green apples, a touch of sulphur and heather honey. Soft carbonation, a bit weak mouthfeel. Flavour is rather peppery with som honey spiciness and a touch of hazelnuts on top of the grassy hops. Okay beer.
