Stiegl Gaudi-Radler Zitrone (Lemon)

Very pale yellow body with a fizzy white head. Light aroma of sweet lemon, malt, and just a touch of lemon zest. Watery palate with just light carbonation. The flavor is not bad, but it really doesn’t taste like beer. Sweet, lemony, and sugary...more like lemonade than lemon soda. Only the aftertaste (sticky, slight alcohol) lets you know that it’s a beer. Refreshing, but that’s about it.

16.9oz bottle. Pours clear golden in color with full foamy white head. Aroma sweet, lemon and malty. Taste is sweet, light lemon soda and watery with dry and diet sode after taste and I hate diet sode.

bottle - Pours clear yellow and smells of a little malt and a lot of lemon. I’ve tried a couple other radlers and like them, the beer is dominated by the lemon soda. It’s sweet and refreshing though as others have said seems closer to lemonade than beer. Nevertheless, it’s drinkable and not too bad.

500ml bottle simply labeled Stiegl - Beer Brewed With Lemon Soda. My first radler - I even avoided these in Germany, and now I know why. Clear gold with a film of a white head. Seriously bad nose, rotten vegetables and lemon. Flavors is all fake assed lemon with a bad veg background - shit, the lemon soda may have saved this from a total drain pour. Crappy drainpour - the lemon soda is a bonus. Radler sucks ass, at least thus far, and has no business on RB.

Bottled. Thx sis! Pale golden with a brief, white head. Sweet aroma with lemon(ade). Pretty fresh flavour, but still very sweet and more like lemonade.
