I dont get this style of beer at all. I guess some would like it, not me.

Eww. While drinking this and unsuccessfully attempting to have my wife try a sip, I kept thinking of a 90s SNL episode where Tom Hanks keeps recruiting people to try spoiled milk. He knows that it’s bad, but he just wants other to experience it. This beer is just plain bizarre. I’ve never had one quite like it. I agree with a previous poster, however, that it’s not really refreshing at all. On a hot summer’s day in Southern California, a lemony beer sounds pretty tasty. Unfortunately, the "lemon" resemble something closer to diet lemon tang.

Bottle. Perfumed citrsuaroma. Sugary sweet, slightly perfumed lemonade flavor with some aspartame and beery notes. Not even really refreshing.

Very pale yellow body with a fizzy white head. Light aroma of sweet lemon, malt, and just a touch of lemon zest. Watery palate with just light carbonation. The flavor is not bad, but it really doesn’t taste like beer. Sweet, lemony, and sugary...more like lemonade than lemon soda. Only the aftertaste (sticky, slight alcohol) lets you know that it’s a beer. Refreshing, but that’s about it.

16.9oz bottle. Pours clear golden in color with full foamy white head. Aroma sweet, lemon and malty. Taste is sweet, light lemon soda and watery with dry and diet sode after taste and I hate diet sode.
