500ml bottle. Pours a hazy orange gold colour with massive creamy white head. Aroma of hay. Taste is thin and lightly sweet. Some kiwi and caramel. Finish long. Enjoyable. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

(tap) Copper-coloured, cloudy, with a creamy head. Looks quite appealing, actually. Aroma is grainy/cereal-like, with distinct notes of bees wax or honey. The taste however in only lightly bitter with a sour touch that does not appeal to me. OK.

One of the best unfiltered zwickl beers in austria, perhaps the best choice in general availability, since it is brewed by a larger brewery and can be found in most supermarkets.

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

draft at the publican, chicago. hazed golden wheat body with a foamy white head of long lasting retention. very enjoyable must and mineral nose with lighter touches of pilsner malt and yeast / dough - the esters are magnificently pungent and lively, and sadly the body is watery from low acid / hop rate, and flavor is fairly simple and plain bread / dough, chewy and light bodied.

Draft at Imbibe Wine. Nose is grassy hops, caramel, and light spiciness. Hazy yellow with a big heavy lacing white head. Flavor is lightly bitter with caramel and a hint of cloves. Interesting example of the style.

On tap at Global Brew. Pours a cloudy pale yellow with a moderate white head. Malty, bready aroma. Crisp, slightly tart, sweet malt taste along with a little corn grits. Great unfiltered lager!

Bottle at Stieglkeller, Festungsgasse, Salzburg, Austria Sunday 3rd June 2012 Dirty orange/amber in colour with a white you cannot see through this it is very murky. Tangy with a wheatiness showing, fruity, clean with a nice tingly carbonation. Little bit thin but otherwise a refreshing decent beer. A6 A3 T7 P3 Ov13 3.2

The head is ok, the body cloudy. It tastes sweet-yeasty, balanced, sour, a bit yeasty-sweet. Drinkable 11/8/9/9/11/9
