Sample from tap. Again from the Glunz Beer Expo last April. Unlike most beers being sampled here, they had a tap for this one. Nice cloudy yellow, with a foam layer on top. Slightly malt and sweet German malt smell, little hop in the nose. Goes down lightly malty, just a little Vienna malt flavor to it. Sweet on the tongue, catching a tiny note of yeast in the background, but it’s not in the way at all. This beers settles in very nicely.

Bottled, 0.5 l. Hazy yellow golden colour, creamy and relatively stabile off-white head. Fresh, grassy nose. Mild sweet aroma with gentle honey, bread, some flowers, lemon and grassy hops. Nice crisp mouthfeel, easy drinkable. Citric and dry finish escorted by bread-crust and hops. Nice brew.

Hazy, yellow, full head. Smell is flowery, grassy, a bit refreshing citrus. Taste is full-bodied, a bit malty and nutty, low bitterness, green/grassy. Aftertaste is a bit too boring, but still a nice beer.
