Serve in Flute, Footed Pilsner

Bottle. Pours clear and sparkling yellow with a small, rocky, white head, somewhat diminishing with good lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (hay, straw), average hops (perfume, grass), average yeast (sweat) with notes of light buttered corn, not detrimental, and dust. Light bodied, mineral texture, average carbonation, and a metallic finish. Average duration, light sweetness, moderate acidity and bitterness.

Clear golden pour with a foamy head. Aroma of malt, grain and corn. All of the above plus a hint of hops in the flavor. Not a lot to it, but nothing at all wrong with what is there.

Tasting at Three Cellars. A slight beer. Slight taste and character, corn and hops, crisp and refreshing.

funky note of yeast in the aroma, but it leaves quickly; floral, herbal, butter, apple; somewhat creamy; decent.

clear yellow, fluffy white head, a bit lacy. grainy, corny nose. creamy, malty, hoppy flavor. light bodied, with a bit of citrus in the finish. quite refreshing.
