Pours bright golden with a mostly receding off white head. Aroma of hoppy Saaz and bready maltiness. Taste is full and grainy with notes of floral Saaz and rich maltiness.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied with light resins from the hoppiness, and lively crisp carbonation. I was very pleased with this pilsner.

33 cl. bottle at Lula’s in Chicago, 7/18/07. Pour is a clear yellow gold with a decent white head. Aroma is a bit of earthy hops, and not too much else. Taste is very clean though a bit boring. There is a decent crisp bitter hop finish.

Bottle... Clear straw-colored lager with a large, fluffy, white head and decent retention. Earthy, herbal aroma provides notes of perspiration, white pepper and beefy broth. It has a nice, crisp hop bite, as a pilsner should. Well-balanced with very little residual sweetness (if any at all) and some nice lemon peel flavor. Light-bodied with a lightly creamy mouthfeel and lively carbonation. Crisp, evenly bitter finish.
