Enjoyment of first-rate beer with a pleasant hoppy character. Straw-colored and warm amber glow, pleasantly sparkling with a dry body. Using the aromatic hops from the Mühlviertel region, it entices you with a bouquet of fresh hops and a distinctive bitter finish. 11.4°

12 oz bottle: Pours literally clear in the glass, its only redeaming feature is the large foamy white head. Tastes closer to water than real beer. The bottle design makes a smooth poor impossible. Overall not a great beer.

Pours a white color. About 3 fingers, we’ll call it light yellow head. It’s well carbonated. Not so filtered, there’s sediment in there. Excellent head retention, good lacing. The head is so thick, it’s like whipped cream. Wow!!

Aroma is graham cracker, and sweet. Maybe a touch of lemon. Maybe a touch of honey. Not a lot of hops on the nose.

Taste is kinda creamy. It has a one-two balance. By that, I mean its sweet, but immediately following that is an equal counter spicy hop bitterness. Interesting.

Mouthfeel is medium, perhaps medium-full. It’s creamy, smooth, and balanced. While that’s fine, it could stand to be a little more hop heavy.

Overall, this is a fine pils. Perhaps a little out of norm for a pils, but still mighty good. If you haven’t had it, you should try it. I recommend it, and I would buy it again.

Hazy golden color with floating particles. White foamy 3 finger head lasting around 5 minutes. Strong legs with subtle activity. Faint aromas and flavors of grains with floral and herbal spices. Sharp and crisp taste of pleasant bitterness. Light slick body with some nice carbonation. Well intensified but short finish, ending with slightly dry bitter mouth coating. Overall : Average pilsener that is slightly too watery and lacking in flavors.
