Hazy light yellow brew with no head, but just a hint of white bubbles at the edge. The nose is bright the with obvious grapefruit and also has some hint of gum. Wow, the taste is exactly what you would expect. A splash of grapefruit juice in a very light brew. The citrus is fairly strong. This is actually refreshing and more real fruit flavor than most fruit beers.

Aroma is fresh grapefruit and lemons. The flavor is grapefruit juice and lemonade. Not much in the way of beer flavor but decent enough on its own, probably pretty good on a hot day.

Cloudy white, I was actually surprised I like this. VERY graptefruity, this is (according to the GF) a summer drink, without being TOO much of a summer drink. Light and easy to drink, it goes down well without being too fruity.

On tap @ Darcy McGees Ottawa. Pours a very mild hazy yellow with a razor thin head. Notes are heavy grapefruit with mild sweetness. Taste is grapefruit and orange. Medium carbonation with a short tangy finish. This reminds me of a less sweet soda more than a beer. Would likely be quite nice on a hot summer afternoon. Only 2.5% abv.

11.2 oz. bottle poured to a shaker at Lunar Brewing Co. for a change of pace refreshment for my girlfriend. Hazed, yellow/straw color, with no head or film after quickly settling. Rising effervescence was noticable in the appearance. The aroma was somewhat synthetic citrus as ruby grapefruit, lemon, a touch of orange, and kool-aid sweetness. The flavor was a light version of these notes, almost watery, plus some light spritziness. Not my thing, but she liked it as a refreshing beer diversion.

Grapefruit soda mixed with a lightly skunked, low brow Euro beer. It actually tastes pretty good. The 2.5% ABV reduced it’s score by 0.5.

UPDATED: JUL 15, 2013 11.2 oz green twist off bottle. This is a pleasant radler, one of the best out there. Can is better and best yet throw in some ice and a shot of gin. Absolutely killer

Single bottle purchased from a Co-op Liqour Store in Calgary, AB on 12/27/2011. Colour: Slightly clouded. Pale yellow and green hints. No head. Nose: Grapefruit, vanilla, hints of cheese and pine. Taste: Medium-high sweet, medium-light bitter, medium-high sour. Grapefruit, pine, late blast of soap. Still haven’t warmed up to these...
