Decent radler. Aroma of citrus. Light lemon color but cloudy. Watery palate and highly carbonated, like a soda. Strong citrus with an aftertaste of grapefruit. Sweeter than I prefer in a beer.

The beer pours a hazy, light yellow color with a large white head. The aroma is pretty much just grapefruit, but there is an element of the carbonation (that’s super spritzy) that the nose recognizes as reminiscent of citrus soda. The taste is mildly sweet and a touch bitter with the flavor not too heavy on the tongue; it is very easy to see how this beer would be very drinkable on a hot summer day. The palate fuses a lively carbonation, light body, and a slick texture.

A cloudy, lemonade-yellow pour with a small, white head. The aroma has a clean grapefruit and lime scent. It has a light, juicy texture with average carbonation. The taste is mildly tart, yet somewhat sweet and refreshing. This is nice summer drink.

UPDATED: MAY 10, 2014 Tall can. Pours cloudy bright yellow, no head. Nose of fresh grapefruit juice. Flavour is grapefruit with a beer kick reminiscent of tobacco. Pretty much an alcopop, but the best one I can recall having: the fruit feels fresh, and has a nice balance between sweet and tart. edit: drinking this now, knocking up the rating from 3.0 to 3.7 It’s not a beer and shouldn’t be rated as such; it’s a very enjoyable beer cocktail.

Draft at Sybarite Pig. Light yellow hazy pour. Thick fluffy white head. Looks like a fresh lemonade. Aroma of lemons and grapefruit. Slight yeast taste. Very refreshing on this hot day and for a pig roast. Low abv at 2.5%. Could throw a little vodka in there...

Bottle@Badgastein. Cloudy straw color, white head. Grapefruity aroma. Fruity flavor with citric notes. Light body, medium carbonation. Despite rather heavy reservations, this one isn't actually that bad.

Pours a slightly murky light golden color with a white head. Juicy grapefruit nose. Lots of grapefruit in the flavor. Very refreshing and fun to drink.
