Draft at uber. Fresca with some toasted malts as well. So damned refreshing and delicious, perfect on a beautiful sunny Sunday like today. I would happily make this concoction my regular summer beer-drink if I knew where to find it. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

16 oz. can, given to me by Tim. Hazy, pale yellow, with a big, off-white head. Sharp grapefruit aroma, with some banana, yogurt, and cloves. Very sweet and a little sour, with a bit of bitterness. Light to medium body, creamy, and very acidic. This is a pretty nice radler, but overly acidic and bitter, and the hefeweizen character is lacking.

Enjoyed on the rooftop of Gene's Sausage Shop in Chicago, IL in tallboy form. I'd be damned if there's a better alcoholic beverage to enjoy on a warm summer day. I can't comment on appearance, but aroma is like a light lemony sparkling water / soda. Taste is crisp and refreshing, light tart, moderate carbonation. It's mostly soda/juice with beer added (not vice versa), but damn is it good for the weather.

Can, 0.50l. Hazy straw color with small frothy, totally diminishing white head. Aroma of grapefruit and lemon, nothing else noticed. Tastes light sweet refreshing carbonated grapefruit drink with spicy mouthfeel and without any bitterness. Light body, watery texture and fizzy carbonation in palate. Not bad, but beerless as usual...

appearance: yellowish pink, fizzy and vanishing white head. aroma: tart grapefruit with a hint of pilsner. taste: tart and dry, but slightly sweet grapefruit (feels like soda vs juice), with just a hint of peppery, grassy hops and a slight crackery pils/lager note. finish: lingering grapefruit soda sweetness, prickly carb. notes: Yup, super refreshing and delicious. Drank it almost too fast to truly appreciate it. Literally a perfect beer on a hot summer day. Bottle from the Beer & Wine Cellar in Rockville, Maryland.

Can. lots of grapefruit aroma and flavor, didn’t realize it was so light in abv mostly because I had it by the campfire. Interesting.

500 mL can from The Hop Yard, Raleigh, NC. Pale, cloudy yellow pour with a short off-white head. Aroma of grapefruit juice. The taste is fruity with grapefruit rind, lemon zest, and orange zest notes but not as fruity as the aroma led me to believe. As a beverage this isn’t bad but it hardly seems like beer.

Cannette LCBO. Couleur jaune, mousse blanche. Arôme puissants de pamplemousse. En bouche, douce, notes de malt et de fruits, pamplemousse bien évidemment. Bonne pour ce que c’est.

Stiegl Radler (Grapefruit) has a very thick, fizzy, white head, a milky yellow, opaque appearance, and no lacing left behind. The aroma is of grapefruit, and the flavor is of grapefruit, with some background malt. No bitterness detected. Mouthfeel is medium, and Stiegl Radler (Grapefruit) finishes sweet & tart and easy drinking. RJT

UPDATED: FEB 28, 2013 Draft at Proof. Cloudy yellow pour with a thin white head. Very nice grapefruit and clean pale malt aroma. Very juicy and shandy like flavor. Could pound this stuff over summer. Not too shabby.
