Nice refreshing beer. 50/50 lager/lemon soda. The appearance is a nice golden yellow with a small head. Taste is lemony and a light beer. Great for drinking after mowing the lawn.

Bottle at 16 Tons Taphouse. Beer soda! This is delicious, the perfect summer drink, light, fruity, and enough beer character to keep it interesting.

2.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
UPDATED: APR 10, 2013 500ml can. Poured a clear golden amber colour with no head so did not lace. Moderate carbonation with small bubbles forming trails. Aroma of sweet lemonade (artifical lemon). Tasted like sweet lemonade. Light body and a bit watery. Finish slightly lemony. More like a low alcohol lemonade than a beer. Much better than I expected. Easy drinking.

Looks very similar to champagne when poured. Aroma is a little awkward - smells a little sour and maybe a little stale. Flavor is pretty good but is too watered down. The lemon soda overpowers the beer, which is unfortunate. A good choice if youíre going to get behind the wheel, but thatís about all this one is good for.

1.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
On tap@ Bent Elbow - Pours a murky pale yellow. Lots of carbonation, short-lived small cap. Aroma is an unappealing cross between lemon pop and light beer. Flavor is uneventful and follows aroma profile. Clean, dry, tart....a thirst quencher for those who like thi kind of concoction, Iím just not one of them.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
500 ml bottle a friend, Cat, had at BrewRiver because sheís pregnant. Pours a super pale, clear gold with minimal carbonation or head. The aroma has lots of grainy cereal, lemon soda, bread, and crackers. The flavor has more lemon pop to it, more sweet than tart, with bread and cereal. Light-bodied, with soft carbonation and a sweet, bready mouthfeel. Works for what it is.

Single bottle purchased from a Spar market in Igls, Austria on 12/12/2012. Colour: Medium-dark yellow with light gold tinge. No head. Nose: Lemon of course, but also mint and touch of lime? Stale bread gasping for air behind all the citrus. A touch of chardonnay. Taste: Medium-high sweet (but not as sweet as some Radler beers), light bitter, medium-light sour. The citrus does not add a high sour element which is nice. There is an icing sugar lacing about. Soda pop (7-up) does make an appearance. Better than some but still just not beer.

500mL bottle. Poured clear, bright golden with a short-lived white head. The aroma picked up mostly sweet lemon soda with a touch of tart peel evident.. soft bready backing stayed in the background. The flavor found a blend of sweet and tart lemon throughout, amplified by prickly carbonation.. mostly lemon soda on the quick, prickly finish. Light-bodied and bubbly with carbonation.. watery at times and not beer-like, but it was refreshing and drinkable.

Light and refreshing as a radler should be. Lemon overpowers the lager a bit.

Lemonade soda flavor. Good for brunch, but you could probably make it yourself quite easily by mixing beer and lemon soda.
