KingofCastle (185), London, Ontario, Canada Dec 28, 2007 500 mL can: This is one bad pale lager. Is this beer’s logo a set of red stairs? Anyways, smells skunky & sweet, and tastes like it with a sour flavour hitting you up front & dominating the mouthfeel & the finish in an awful way. I’ll drink even the most inferior pale lagers if they are half tasty, but this is way too thin & sour, down the sink she goes.

Aroma: Oh no, alarm bells, very chemical hop, dryer sheet aroma with a peppery undertone. Flavour: Smooth initially, somewhat sweet, with a wet magazine cover flavour. A salty finish. Not great at all.
