bottle. muddy dark orange body; tall and creamy off-white head and lasting retention. creamed, browned banana esters so dominate the nose that it (the smell) resembled a weizenbock or dunkelweizen, though lacking the alcohol punch. mild peppercorn phenols and touches of orange pith and lemon juice make appearances as well. round, rich approach has muddled banana, clove, wheat and lactose flavors. the body suddenly turns acidic while the body dissolves quickly; the yeast is so thick and sludgy that it begins to show signs of wet paint and basement must. decent smell, nice looking beer, but problems with the texture and flavor.

Lahev: Deep golden, cloudy, medium-sized creamy and stable off-white head; mainly sweetish and slightly sourish nose of bananas with mild lemony, wheaty and clovey traces; moderate sweetish and slightly sourish flavour, nearly medium bodied and a bit tart; lingering drier wheaty-dusty finish, repeating the flavours of the aroma. O.K. ...

Pours cloudy dark golden color with big white head. Typical hefeweizen aroma. Taste was a little bit off. Not the very best hefeweizen.

Bottle. Nice cloudy deep golden-orange with a big stable off-white head. Aroma of fruity esters (banana, apple), wheat, yeast, bread, a bit of bubblegum, some clove. Sweetish flavor, wheaty, fruity, with a light tart note, and a mild spicy finish, slightly bitterish. Light to medium-bodied. A very nice quaffable Weissbier, I’m pleasantly surprised.
