On tap at CBC, Copenhagen. Clear gold beer, little white head. Light crisp palate. Nice citrus with obvious and well integrated lavender. Finishes crisp and dry with more of the same. Alcohol well hidden. Really nice easy drinking beer.

Copenhagen Beer Celebration, 2012. Pours clear golden with a small white head. Spices, lemon and honey. Medium bodied. Balanced. Ok.

From tap. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is spiced and herbal. Herbal, spiced and toasted malty. Ctric and bitter. Spiced and dry into the finish.

Fruity aroma of hops and pine needles with notes of citrus.

[5/11/12] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration. Spicy soapy aroma. Soapy spicy flavor with a somewhat bitter and slightly alcoholic finish. Medium-bodied.

On tap at Farmers. Pours a hazy golden color w/ great lacing. Scents of fresh saison, lemon, rum, honey, figs, flowery lavender. Taste is a sweet and refreshing saison, little bit of apple, cinnamon, brandy. I have been off saisons for awhile but this was very good.
