Bottle courtesy of Deanso. Poured a murky medium amber with a thin broken white head. The flavour is medium to light bitter sweet with a fruity malt light alcoholic bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation. I’m on the fence with this one.

Bottle. Pours cloudy amber with a beige head. Aroma is lots of caramel, floral, some yeast, raisin and vanilla. Taste is moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Full bodied with soft carbonation. Sticky texture. A bit odd but not to bad.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy amber body with a small fizzy off-white head that faded to a wispy film. The nose is toasty malt with a light fruitiness, caramel, and a little yeastiness. The flavor is malt driven with slightly sweet caramel and toasted malt. Some light apple notes on the finish mingling with a light yeastiness. Medium bodied with a fairly substantial malt base, nice smooth texture, soft gentle carbonation. Decent beer, not one that stands out in the Stillwater portfolio.

Pours a cloudy copper from the bottle with minimal wisp of off-white head. Aroma is slight caramel and bready grain. Taste is bready grain, corn, and slight yeast. Meh.

Almost zero aroma.deep amber in color. Taste is zesty, lightly hoppy, and of a weird malt. Drinkable, and enjoyable, but I wouldn’t search this one out.

12oz bottle 9/20/13 (Binny’s Naperville)-42° in English Pint-Pours a murky amber with a small off white head. Aroma of roasted malt, caramel, and sweetness. Taste of the same with more sweetness on the back end. This medium bodied brew was rather tasty.

Tap at Brasserie V. Reddish brown body. Patchy off-white head. Very mellow cask-like carbonation. Delicate brown malt tones. Damn, this is quite excellent. Very unique, a brown apple ale. Smooth, this is really a great creation. Somewhat incomplete with the lack of carbonation. Not really on par with the pricepoint, but still a good beer.

Sent to me by Strykzone in a trade. Pours a hazy dark amber with an orange tinges with beige head and light lacing. Noes is a bid odd. Note sure what is is. Medium body. Flavor is caramel malts with some floral hops. Different and hard to describe but tasty.
