Bottle. Cloudy yellow, thick white head. Nose is yeast, grains, light fruits. Flavor is crisp and sweet malts, light grape and citrus, spices and grassy hops. Medium body, thick texture, dry finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle at yespr. Hazy yellow coloured with a small white head. Fruity aroma of spices, yeast, grass and hops. Fruity flavour of spices, yeast, grass and hops. Hoppy finish.

Bottled. Golden coloured. Murky. Dense beige head. ARoma of sweetness, yeast, frutis, flavour of fruits, sweetness, grape. Medium bodied. Ends on a grapy and sweet note.

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of yeast, malt, fruit, and spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, dusty hops, caramel, and wood, leading to a dry finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

37.5 cl bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is spiced and phenolic. High carbonation. Light bitter, phebolic and hoppy. Bitter and crisp hoppy into a dry finish.

Bottle 37,5 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a cloudy opaque golden with a white head. Yeasty, fruity nose with a bit of chicory. Medium body, a little yeast, citrus and fruit. Carbonation is rather excessive. Bitter finish. Appears like an experimental Hefe. 130612

Draught at Churchkey. Orange/gold pour. Touches of acetone and heat, fruit, way underattenuated. No complexity and the palate is far too sweet for the style. Not a fan.

Pours a nice pale golden color with a big fluffy white head and tons of tiny bottom rising bubbles. Aromas of earth, hay, round malts and a touch of spicy funky sourness. On the palate this beer is a clean medium bodied high class session beer. I really dig the beer both of these brewers make and this beer hits all the right marks. Starts off round and full of malts then quickly slides into a citrus peppery yeasty midpalate burst of flavor... only to level out into a beautiful earthy finish with a touch of bitterness...maybe noble hops ?

Hazy, pale yellow colour, white head. Aroma of sweets (zuurtjes), yeast, wheat and grain. Light sweet flavour. light bitter touches. Rather sticky mouthfeel, sweet sticky finish with light sour notes.
Not the best beer by Hof Ten Dormaal imho, but interesting as a spelt beer experiment.
