375 ml bottle - pours golden yellow with a fine creamy 2-finger head, sticking at the glass. Very fresh aroma of citrus and butter flower, some elderblossom, grapefruit and pear... Also some lilac flowers. Medium body with sour & sweet mouthfeel, ending spicy. Taste is malty and citrus peel. Love it!

frylock (1135) - Atlanta, Georgia, USA - JUN 26, 2012
Cloudy golden brown topped by a big foamy white head. Earthy, musty, yeast aroma with some floral hop notes. Very lively carbonation. Bone dry with lots of mineral flavors. Faint bready grains, a touch of spicy hops. I like the rustic qualities of this one, but the strong carbonation almost drives away some of the flavor. It ends up with an almost tonic water like character.

vyvvy (3607) - Florissant, Missouri, USA - JUN 23, 2012
Pours hazy golden / orange with a quickly leaving white head. The aroma has lots of stone fruits, spice, banana, lightly toasted malt and some cellar must. The body is fairly light and has an over abundance of frothy sharp carbonation. The flavor is sharper with bright fruitiness, mint, spice, toasty malt and quite a bit of earthiness. The flavors are a bit hard to pick out because the carbonation is so intrusive it’s hard to pick out a lot of what’s there. The finish is spicy with some dry caramel and earthy funkiness. OK, but I like the other Stillwater offerings much better.
