375ml bottle. Hazy, yellow lemon juice like liquid with medium white foam. Nose : Very strong citrus and citrus zest aromas, bread. herbs. Smells like it’s gonna have a lemon bite. Sip : good carbonation, water like body with a bit oily texture. Moderatly sweet with citrus flavors. Grainy and develops moderate bitterness. Short, lemonade like aftertaste. VERY drinkable and refreshing ! Nice refreshment with well balanced palate.

Whole Foods, Bowery, New York 375ml ($6): Pours peachy body with a big, but quickly dissipating, white head. Aroma is funk. I think the green bottle added a little bit of skunk in there, but after the initial pour the aroma reverted back to saison. Taste is dry. There is a slight bitterness. Body is really light. Beer is refreshing. Some grass and straw type flavours. This ain’t bad, but sort of doesn’t have enough going on in the taste.

Bottle from Etre Gourmet. Cloudy golden/grey beer with a huge white lasting head. Hoppy yeasty aroma, bready, herbal, grassy notes, bubblegum notes, wheat notes, floral, grapes and pear notes. Hoppy spicy flavor, perfume, bready, coriander, fruity notes, grainy notes, sourish, barnyard notes, herbal grassy notes. Not your average beer, but still rather interesting. Spicy finish with coriander, barnyard and fruit notes.

Beguiling and fruity ale with a well-rounded, moderate bitterness. Hazy orange color with aroma of honey, malt and pears. A refreshing hop-bitterness that builds, and an odd light acidity there as well.

12.7 bottle shared by mreusch. The pour is a hazed yellow with a small white head. The aroma is herbal spice, along with a light natural sweetness. The taste is clove, fruit (apple) sweet malt, the herbal, and a dry bread. The finish is grass and a hint of citrus, which sort came out of nowhere. The palate is medium bodied, with soft carbonation. A unique an interesting beer. Thanks for sharing Matt.

Bottle to oversized snifter. Looks good; orange with good carbonation and ample white head. Smells good; like a robust Farmhouse. Tastes like a nice Belgian Farmhouse with a dry finish that’s pleasant on the palate. I like this beer!
