First time tasted at brewey self with André. End of 2011. After then tasted many times @ home from 37,5 cl bottle. Hazy darkgolden/orange color with a great off-white head. Aroma hops, somes herbes. Medium body. Taste fruit, many hops, bitterness, like wheat (it’s speltbeer), grains, nice balanced, refreshing and "easy drinking" for a lightalcohol beer it’s great. Like this form the first taste.

Hazy yellow-gold with huge, fine-bubble, flotsam head, fine legs / Delicate, acidic nose of orchard fruit, citrus, spice, grain, chrysanthemum / Light to medium body, acidic, lightly fruit with great balance, a hint of sweetness but otherwise very dry with fine, bitter finish / Elegant, earthy, complex flavors of lemon, apple, pear, banana, straw, spelt, coriander, hint of clove / On the lighter side, but this is a terrific summer porch quaffer.

bottle. Amber with three finger head. Medium funk, but not too out there. Very pleasant flavor and easy to drink. Would be a great beer to introduce someone to the Saison style.

Bottle from City Beer enjoyed in Santa Rosa. Pour is hazy orange/amber with a huge white head and great lacing. Biscuity, lemony, spelt, wheaty, bready, lightly grassy, somewhat smoky, lightly spicy, and fruity aroma. Taste is tangy, biscuity, straw, white pepper, wheat, lemon peel, light orange, bread, and clove with a lightly spicy bite on the finish. Medium body with high carbonation. Tasty stuff and highly refreshing here in wine country.
