3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
375 mL bottle courtesy of Butters. Thanks! I think I have a dent in my ceiling. Pours a hazy yellow color with a large frothy head. Good head retention. Aroma of sweet bready malts, herbal notes, banana, faint nutty notes. The taste is nutty notes, sweet malts, spice, stone fruits and a tart finish. Medium bodied

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. Tons of carbonation (cork nearly shot out as soon as I took the cage off.) Pours hazy gold with a big, dense cream head. Aroma is a pleasing tart/funk with a lot of spicy bread. Taste is a bit underwhelming. The spelt definitely doesn’t work great here and takes away from the flavor profile and making it a bit too sweet. There is a tad bit of spice and a decent heft of white bread.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
The aroma is grainy, farmhouse, sour. The appearance is hazy amber, white head. The flavor is like the aroma, earth, cereal grains, touch of sour. The finish is earthy, peppery. Good overall.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
This pours a golden color with an off-white head. Lots of fruity esters and Belgian yeast in the aroma; some sugary and spice notes as well. This is a bit sweet from a lot of lemon fruity ester flavors. Some wheat, clove, and herbal straw notes mix in. It kind of tastes like a slightly toned down Tripel. Not one of Stillwater’s best but still a pretty damn good beer.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
(Bottled, 0.375l) Opaque golden with a huge, frothy head. Lime-citrusy, pale-malty nose with some earthy tartness. Flavor is lime-lemony-fruity with a touch of tartness and acidity, pale maltiness, grassy-herby hops. Medium to full body, quite high and foamy CO2. A decently enjoyable saison, but not really that memorable. 4446

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Corked andcaged. A big white fluffy head. Skunky aromas jump too far. It is also grassy and malty. This is very hazy and is golden yellow. It tastes malty and finky at the first sip. It is also yeasty and a bit of sulfur is evident. A different hop choice would help but this has an authentic farmhouse feel to it.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Tap at Owl House. Pale golden-orange pour. The nose is quite rustic with some distinct breadiness to the malt. A little bit of clean spice and some light fruitiness as well. A little bit of yeast and some stickiness. It’s pretty good. I’d like to try it with a bit of age on it to see if it will dry out some. A little bit of rustic character.
