Bottle from Systembolaget. Looks okey but the taste is just awful. Really one of the worst beers I have tried. Had half a glass and had to pour out the entire bottle. Some weird disgusting bitterness takes over the taste of this beer, effectively hides all the malt and makes it a nightmare to drink. Revolting.

Pours a full gold, clear in the beginning but clouds up as you get further down the bottle. White head, rather small for the style. The aroma is mostly like a blonde. Yeasty, malty, flowery. It's very clean without any hint of the funk you'll find in the best Saisons / Farmhouse Ales. Medium bodied palate. Clean, balanced, refreshing. Medium finish. Nice, tasty but nothing special. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Spelt beer, a collaboration of Stillwater and Hof ten Dormaal. Thick and rocky, dense, regular, off-white head, colour orange blonde, clear with vivid fizz but ochre-like and fully cloudy with deposit. Aroma of gooseberries, peach, dry white wine, hay, lime zest, raw broccoli, freshly cut grass, bitter honey, hint of aniseed. Fruity, estery, yeasty taste, pineapple, pear and sour berries, sourish accent probably hauling from the spelt, spicy yeastiness developing over a bready, restrained malt sweetishness, rooty and grassy bitterness in the end, moderately hoppy with persisting basic sourishness and lingering malt sweetishness. Decent saison.

Bottle @ home. Hazy light amber color and a stable white head. Dry, fruity, and spicy aroma with hay, some wheat, stone fruits, wet grains, subtle maltiness, yeast and hints of leather. Dry taste with lemon, white pepper, hay and grains. Dries and somewhat tart finish with lingering lemon, orange peel and white pepper.

Troebel geel bier met veel schuim. Smaak is hoppig bitter en fris fruitig, licht zuur, koriander en citrus. Lijkt erg op een triple bier. Erg goed bier, smaak blijft redelijk lang hangen.

Cloudy golden with a thick white head. Aroma is slight hay a bit of wheat and maybe a touch of bread. Flavor is light, effervescent with a bit of a crisp bite. Very light bitterness and a clean palate. Wife: 3.9

Bottle at home. Pours a hazy golden amber with a large white head. Aroma is fruity, yeasty, malts and spices. Taste is bitter, fruity, grassy hops, yeasts, spices. Long bitter aftertaste. Not really my style I guess.

Golden blond with thick, soapy head. Yeasty aroma and taste. Very fresh and light. Zesty and lively. It suits the high carbonation level. Very refreshing.

Bottle. Nice dark yellow colour, a big head of foame. The smell is a little bit soure, some yeast and some spices. Also a bread smell. It has a nice bitter teast. A little bit soure. Some spices, a nice saturation and some old hops. The teast stays long in the mount witch is very pleasant.
