I loved this beer, poured a hazy light amber color served in a snifter. If your a belgian beer fan you will enjoy this. Nice belgian yeast flavor with just enough hops and spices to follow through.

Cask. Pours clear tawny with a large, frothy off-white head, medium retention with excellent lacing. Aroma is caramel and cookie malt, Belgian yeast, fruity esters and earthy hops. Flavor is malt dominant with medium hops and bitterness, Belgian yeast and esters with a dry finish. Medium body, warmth and carbonation.

Cask at Churchkey for NYE. Pours a clear, reddish amber with a medium beige head. Weak retention and lace. Nose is super malty, sweet, with grenadine and candies. Lemon peel and citrus adjunct pile on. Taste begins with small lemon and spicy sting. Thinner body. Decent quenching character. Certainly not sticky sweet. Spices come to balance. Not bad.
