>> Thanks ajax for the share. Beautiful, hazy gold pour with great lacing. Nose is bright tangerine, dog breath, mint, herbal. Taste is chalky, bitter, mint, heavy herbal. Drinkable, one the overly herbal side of saison but that’s okay.

Draft. Pours clear copper gold with a frothy off white head and no lacing. Tastes like light herbs, some lemony citrus, some spice, and some malt. Smooth, doughy, with very mild hops. Light body and low/medium carbonation. Smells like dough, wheat, and light herbs.

clear amber-gold, thin white head dies fast. Fruity nose ha floral hints all over, dry and heavily wheaty. Wheaty flavor, light pepper and citrus. Spritzy but uneventful.

Tap at Max’s. Pours clear gold with a medium, frothy white head, short retention with light lacing. Aroma is biscuit and honey malt, earthy hops, pear and apple esters. Flavor is malt dominant with light hops, bitterness, and esters with a dry finish. Medium body and carbonation.

Tap at Max?s. Pours clear bright gold with fizzy white head. Aroma is cereal malts, toast, grassy notes, light herbs, yeast, and light citrus. Flavor is dry malts, light floral hop bitterness, light fruit esters, and a touch of caramel sweetness; dry finish. Light body and medium carbonation.

On tap at Paradiso Dupoint. Pours a clear orange with one ring of white head. Nose is very herbal, some malt, some perfume, sage. Flavor is the same, malty, herbal, candy sug, spice, soap. Herbal finish.

Draft at Snallygaster 2013. This one poured a vibrant golden color with a medium sized white head. aroma was some nice hops, funky yeast character in there. Flavor was easy to drink, some light spice, funk notes, herbal. Robust but easy to drink! Quite a nice refreshing brew.

Draft. Clear golden color, fluffy large bubble head. Aroma of fresh herbs, light dust and funk. Taste has decent sage, a good amount of barnyard, and a bit of white pepper. Very tasty.
