Pours very hazy yellow with lots of carbonation, big fluffy white head. Aroma is Banana yeast and citrus hops. Lots of big citrus sweetness, with some funky banana clove yeasty character. Hides the ABV a litle to well. A very refreshing and flavorful citrusy beer. I’m pretty toasted at the moment and I like it quite a lot.

Bottle at Torst, 08/21/2013. Pours pale golden orange, light white head fades to hazy covering over half the surface. Aroma is heavy hazy yeast, honeyed Belgian cereal malts, light pear, melon, mild grassy bitterness. Taste is honey, bright orange peel, citrusy, pale malts, moderate bitterness, yeasr. Medium body, good carbonation, alcohol not apparent. Decent.

Cloudy golden pour - moderate soapy lace - nose is quite tropical at first, with notes of pineapple, papaya, and citrus - this is followed by a more herbal hoppiness and white grape character - there are some very slight banana esters that get in the way of these other qualities a bit, but they are very mild - nice frothy carbonation in the mouth - tart, tangy, moderately bitter throughout, with some honey and citrus oil sweetness through the middle to balance - more tropical character in the form of pineapple - finishing bitterness and hop character brings flavors of white pepper, mint, herbs - medium dry, bitter finish - pretty nice - reminds me of a strong version of Crooked Stave Hop Savant.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy murky golden with a large foamy white head. Aroma brings lots of hops, lots of Belgian yeast, and some crackers. Flavour brings out loads of floral hops, Belgian yeast, and a touch of anise. Extremely well-rounded, with loads of floral hops and Belgian yeast dominating the palate. Alcohol is deceivingly well-hidden. Wonderful stuff.

Draft at the pour house. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. The aroma is light lemon. The is dry lemon, dry spice, dry finish. This is almost a basic saison but does have somewhat of a different yeasty flavor.

Somewhere between a farmhouse and an IPA. Dug the aroma and taste. Grapefruit, green apple, lemon zest, spice, barnyard funk. Yellow pour with a massive head - like over half the glass. Lighter body.

Exceptionally well made. The pour is a bright yellowish and hazy orange body with a top heavy off white foam. The nose has a great blend of farmhouse funk, floral and spicy hops and big grapefruity and fresh citrus hops. Great flavourful first sip with an awesome balance and a ton of grapefruit and zesty citrus on the finish. Funky and farmhouse notes blend well.
